Get to Know Our Founder, January Cantrell
With over 20 years of experience in corporate America, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies, crafting in-person and virtual events that drive business goals. My journey has led me to build and manage teams capable of executing up to 250 events annually, from intimate gatherings of 10 to large-scale conferences, with budgets reaching $16 million.
As a leader of a comprehensive Meetings Management program, I know how the planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate events ensures consistency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. My tenure on the Board of Directors for the Financial and Insurance Conference Professionals (FICP) further solidified my standing in the industry, where I’ve forged lasting relationships across event planning, global hotel sales, production, and more. Driven by the resurgence of events and a gap in qualified professionals, I founded my own company to offer top-tier event planning expertise to businesses of all sizes.
Beyond the boardroom, I thrive on tackling challenges and finding creative solutions, both in event planning and in life. I live in Katy, Texas, with my husband, two energetic children who keep us busy with their travel sports, and our two beloved rescue dogs. When I’m not orchestrating events, you’ll find me cheering on the sidelines or enjoying the Texas sunshine with my family.
